For your safety and ours, we currently only accept payments processed through PayPal.

Returns and Exchanges

We want all of our customers to be happy with their buying experience. If you find your experience to be anything less than what you expected please send a message.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to resolve the issue as long as you contact us 2 days after receiving the item. A refund is always possible if we am contacted within 2 days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to send the item back to me. Please make sure you use a tracking service when sending any items back.

Your items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that the address is clear and correct to avoid delay in shipment due to clarification requests.

We ship regular mail unless otherwise requested (no tracking or insurance).

All international orders will ship via DHL International Mail or whichever is best to use. The service used will depend entirely on the total size and weight of the packed order.

To ensure transparence and the ability for our customers to track their packages we provide tracking on all international shipments we make. Please visit the postal service of your home country to view the status (e.g. for USA or for France).

We shall post your package within 3 business days of receiving the order, and after this we have no influence on the delivery time.

Our experience is that EU and USA are delivered fairly quickly (usually within 10 days), but the actual shipping / delivery time will depend on the postal service which we have no influence on.

Also remote areas can take longer than major cities, and certain countries like Mexico can take up to 3 months for an order to arrive. We ship via standard mail worldwide, but unfortunately we do NOT take any responsibility for lost, damaged, opened or otherwise unsatisfactory delivery due to the postal services in certain countries (including but not limited to: South America, Middle East, Africa, Russia, Ukraine, etc.)**

We ship with Deutsche Post standard mail, but other shipping upgrades via express can be agreed upon prior to or within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note the above times are based on average delivery times based on research. From time to time delays can occur due to bad weather, customs clearance or due to large volumes of mail at certain times of year like Christmas. Regrettably there is nothing that can be done to avoid such delays as they are outside of our control.

**If an item is lost in the shipping process to any country not within the regions listed (e.g. EU, USA, etc.),  contact me and we will find a solution that will satisfy you. We trust you an want to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed!**

Buyer is responsible for any shipping import/tax/duty/VAT fees due from their own country. We do not charge any customs when sending your packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and WomanoftheNile is not responsible for those charges. In case you are worried we would recommend to consult your local customs office prior to purchase.
